Lacrosse used to be a sport viewed as the sport for guys who could not play football, basketball or baseball. But, as this sport has gained in popularity, many athletes are choosing to play lacrosse along with those other sports or instead of them. Athletes all over the world are starting to realize that lacrosse is the most fun sport to play!
For this reason, lacrosse players are becoming bigger, stronger, faster and more athletic. To be able to play lacrosse at a high level, you need to be willing to train hard both during the season and in the off-season. You have to be willing to lift weights, run sprints, run distance, do agility drills, eat well, and even do yoga to increase flexibility. To be the best lacrosse player that you can be, you have to make yourself into the best athlete that you can be.
This is not something that comes easily. You cannot just read this site and be motivated for a short time period. You have to work hard each and every day to become the player that you want to be years down the road.
